Life is hard.

We get it. We’ve said it. Heck, we still feel it from time to time.

But we don’t have to stay in the season of feeling overwhelmed.

There is more. There is hope. When you are intentional with your spiritual growth, everything else falls into place.

You can live the life that God designed you to live and we want to help you get there by emailing you two free resources; the 33-Day Reading Plan and Truth vs Lies. Welcome to the AH community!

Let us know where to send the resources!

The Two Resources.

1. 33-Day Reading Plan

The daily readings are short with the intent to become engaged with reading the Bible.

If you are married, we encourage you to read the scriptures together, write your own journal entry, and share your thoughts with each other. If you are not married, invite someone to journal with you. We are confident that you will have incredible conversations.

2. Truth vs Lies

The spiritual battle that each one of us face can be suffocating. We must not give in to the lies of the one who wants to destroy us, our marriage, and our family.

This 3-step process takes the lies of the enemy and speaks the truth of Jesus by referencing specific scripture. There are 29 truths to counter lies that you think or feel. Here’s an example.

WHAT I THINK OR FEEL

I am unworthy and unacceptable.

WHAT IS TRUE ABOUT ME

God has accepted me.

WHAT THe BIBLE SAYS

Romans 15:7, Psalm 139

The Balance of Hope.

We were created in God’s image to live by God’s truth, to live within community of each other. It was the design for each of us from the beginning. When attention is giving to all three areas, we can live with hope.

True hope.

We encourage you to dive into God’s word, let the truth cover you, and spend time in community with others.

but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.

Isaiah 40:31
