One Day At A Time To Sobriety - S5 E12

On today's episode, we celebrate a big day within our marriage story and in Bryan's story. Just a couple of days ago on January 30th, we celebrated 14 years of sobriety for Bryan. We share what the journey was like before Bryan was healed from his alcohol addiction and the pain that Shayla experienced. Bryan shares how he surrendered his addiction and encourages those battling an addiction with three practical ways to fight off the temptation. If you or a loved one are battling an addiction, we are here to help you and we believe in sobriety for you or your loved one.

This completes season 5! We will be back with season 6 on February 22nd. This is a great time to go back and listen to past episodes.
